Q. What is your application process?
A. Click here to fill out our online application. A $30 fee per applicant will be collected in order to complete a full criminal and credit background check.
Q. What kind of deposit do you require to hold an apartment?
A. First month’s rent
Q. What is your pet policy?
A. We allow pets with a pet deposit and monthly pet rent. * Holmen only
1 pet: $50
Pet deposit: $120
